About Us
Since our founding by W.H. Anderson II in Macon , GA in 1968 Southern Trust has experienced expansive growth. We began with a mission to offer competitively priced quality insurance products through a network of independent insurance agents. We have stayed on course. In the past 40 years our product line has grown as well as the number of independent insurance agents representing us. We now have over 200 professional independent agents representing us in Georgia and Tennessee. Being located in the Southeast has allowed us to better understand the needs and the opportunities of the agencies and policyholders we serve throughout Georgia and Tennessee.
Southern Trust enjoys a fine reputation and a strong financial position in the insurance industry. Our financial strength is evidenced by our A (Excellent) rating from the A.M. Best Company, the oldest and most experienced insurance rating organization in the world.
