He brings more than 30 years of insurance leadership experience, with a strong background across personal lines, commercial lines, and claims operations. Doug is a seasoned executive known for operational excellence and leading organizations through profitable growth.

Jenny Paul joined Southern Trust in 2024. She is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience across the utility and healthcare industries. Jenny has a proven track record of restructuring and developing finance and administrative teams, driving operational performance through KPI-focused leadership, and improving EBITDA. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economic Affairs from the University of West Georgia.

Kenny Morris joined Southern Trust as Chief Information Officer in 2025. He has 25 years’ experience in Insurance Technology. He is a results-driven leader with a proven track record delivering complex IT initiatives and digital transformation. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and golfing.

Cedric Battle is the Chief Claims Officer for Southern Trust Insurance. He started in the insurance industry 25 years ago as a claims trainee. Cedric has experience in documenting and improving processes, creating and delivering training content and developing business strategies. He has spoken at numerous national conventions on topics of generational workforce, contents valuation and dealing with contents losses. During his free time, he volunteers on the board of a local non-profit. He also enjoys designing and creating digital content for non-profits, friends and family.

Cheung Kwan joined Southern Trust as CUO in 2025. An actuary by background, Cheung is an FCAS and has over 35 years of experience in the industry. He has extensive experience in many aspects of insurance company operations and has a proven track record in leading an insurance carrier to profitable growth.
