What to do after an auto accident.

  • Make sure everyone is okay.
  • Call the police.
  • Stay at the scene.
  • Exchange contact information and the name of your insurance company and policy number with the other parties involved in the accident.
  • If applicable, be sure to gather contact information for any witnesses.
  • Avoid discussions of insurance policy coverage, limits, or fault for the accident.
  • Report the claim. Once you and your car are safe, call (844) 812-2660, option 3.

Understanding The Auto Claims Process

We will call you right awayWe will call you within 24 business hours of submitting your claim. We will ask you about the details of your loss and explain your policy coverage and the claims process, including options for obtaining an estimate for the damage to your vehicle.
If your vehicle is repairable After you select a repair shop, we will guide you through each step of the repair process and work with you to resolve your claim quickly and fairly.
If your vehicle is a total loss

We will determine the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of your vehicle. ACV is the market value of the vehicle considering factors like age, mileage,options, prior damage and any improvements or refurbishments. It is not based on how much you owe on the vehicle.

We will advise you of your settlement value and provide you with the necessary paperwork and forms needed for completion.

Once we receive the completed forms, we will advise you of the payments to be made.
